What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
As a certified Soul Art Guide I love doing Soul Art Journeys! It’s a profound & gentle way to explore the inner world.
How would you describe your creative process?
For me it always starts with the colours, followed by patterns. It’s a very intuitive process, where I let my mind wander while my hands are creating. I use my touch to know where to go next in the process. I usually don’t sketch before I start sewing, but this time I did. I started off with drawing my heart and my hands in very bright colours, but when I started sewing the image changed – my hands became wings and Ivy started growing out of my heart in all directions.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My hands give my heart wings, so it can fly around the world with beams of Ivy, spreading it’s message: “We all need to be creative and it’s our birthright”.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
