What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Perfect timing. Through meditations I have been connecting with my Soul at deep levels, as are many others. Through these connections my passion for the beauty we have all around us everyday is taking centre stage in my Art pieces. Our Souls are showing us this beauty of all, but mostly of Ourselves. If everyone would allow their vulnerability and beauty to the World , what a fabulous place we live in.
How would you describe your creative process?
My creative process starts with allowing my “Freedom” through meditation, allowing me to see colours and shapes in different ways. I trust, with paint and water sprayers, my Soul will lead me to the picture that is appropriate for that moment in time.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I am 70 years old , having got Polio when I was 6 months , my life has not been without its challenges. The last 20 years being in a wheelchair. At times I have defined my life by my physical reality. The truth is our beauty is not defined by the physical. This painting has reiterated that for me. None of us are perfect, it is the choice you make that has the results. Mine is not to be the victim but to live by the feelings of Love and Joy from my heart.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Love & Beauty is the only true expression that really matters.
