What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I have been stuck creatively for over a year and needed this to get me going again….
How would you describe your creative process?
I tend to plan things out and maybe overplan…. this time i just went for it with every available material i could find and I loved the speed and excitement of it as i was working throughout the day.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That I need to give it up to art & creativity because it gives me the peace, joy and playfulness that helps me connect to love on so many levels.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It was fantastic being part of a larger group of artists … so many people creating all over the world…and Laura’s insight into how to trust ourselves to express our truths.
