What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Art is something for everyone. It brings out the best, most creative and free versions of ourselves. Often we forget this and get swept away by the pressure of what art is suppose to be, instead of the purity of what it is. I wanted the kids and youth to have an opportunity to explore this – and needed it for myself as well! It was awesome. We experimented with colours, self-expression and everyone was free to do as they pleased.
How would you describe your creative process?
Trial and error. Try, then try again.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Everyone is an artist.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It reminded me that art doesn’t have to be about the final product, it can be the process of creating that is beautiful too.
