What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I feel a strong bond to those that harness the passion and the fluid flow of creation. I wanted to open into that energy and be one with everyone in that vibration.
How would you describe your creative process?
I start with intention of being open and connected to my truth and whatever I’m feeling in that moment and of course no rules. I light candles Incense and play music. I may meditate or dance depends but I’m open and free but I never plan what becomes the art.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I’m currently taking a workshop to expand my shaman side into a transition doula. Birth and Death hold a sacred spot in my heart. I feel I’m in the correct direction on that path so it was confirmation to my soul.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Art can be so many things but healing and freeing to expand ones inner essence. Everything Laura lives and teaches,, her expression is within everyone. Reaching that space with so many is an amazing energy force and very powerful
