What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was at a stage when I knew it felt really important to allow myself to go into that space,
How would you describe your creative process?
Deep, profound, a bit like walking through treacle at some stages! For me its about the allowing of whatever it is to be felt even if that feels uncomfortable. I found I just had to let myself go more, chocolate and music helped!
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Believe. Just believe in my own journey and to trust… Oh yes, just reminded myself !
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It can help us go to that place which has so much magic , joy and power .
