What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I have been feeling stuck and needed inspiration and clarity on how to progress on my creative path. When I saw this event on Facebook, I just knew I was meant to do it.
How would you describe your creative process?
The copy of the guided journey and bodymapping ritual is such an amazing tool. It really put me in the creative zone and helped me keep focus on my intention. My plan was to work with paints, but as I started working on the different steps, I felt compelled to do a collage instead. I followed my intuition and the creative process was so easy. I had no blocks (which is new to me) and all the information came to me naturally and quickly.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I received a LOT of insight from my Soul Art. The main message that stands out is “Release Self-Doubt” ASAP! Trust and Believe in yourself! I can also see were all the confusing little pieces are being connected and woven into a beautiful piece that is whole and strong. I found that the tones and shapes are very earthy which tells me I maybe need to start creating outdoors more. I also see dreams taking flight 🙂
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This was an amazing experience that gave me some much needed clarity. It allowed me to be present and focused on the guidance that comes from within. The process was like a boost of vitamin C for the Soul!
