Bridget's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

My creative self had become stagnant and unresponsive. Late one night while wandering around the web looking for something to inspire and motivate me I found it, The Soul Art Journey – thank you for this opportunity.

How would you describe your creative process?

Usually my creative process is chaotic so having a guide was interesting. I traced both my hands as I like them because they allow me to express myself. Selecting topics, pictures, words and storywriting was a very interesting process. After I selected and glued down my pictures I proceeded to create a self image right over the top of most of them symbolising a break with and acceptance of the past. I did leave the tree picture as a symbol personal growth.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

Acceptance – don’t try to control but just accept creative inspiration and allow it to manifest itself.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

A refreshing and invigorating creative jump start.
