What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I saw it online and felt like I should do it. I have gotten back into painting from the soul in the past year or so.
How would you describe your creative process?
I combine creativity with intuition. Ideas, images, symbols come to me so I will draw or paint them. If they do not instantly come to me, I will play with color or texture or close my eyes and do a scribble drawing to see what comes to me that way.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My soul art told me that the path to the life I crave (full of freedom and connection) will take steps to get to but it is not far from me. The support of my community will allow me to have the freedom and relaxation I need if I trust and let go.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I went completely into the zone and lost track of time. I could have continued painting and writing all night long. My soul spoke to me through my painting. As I neared the end of the painting, I felt emotions bubble up and would almost burst into tears from what I could feel coming from the painting.
