What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I love to journey with all forms of art as an adventure in consciousness and as a way to reveal new aspects of my being coming forth.
How would you describe your creative process?
My creative process unfolds in layers and waves of meaning and activity. Showing up and staying with the process is one key for me to find ground in the unknown.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My body mapping story was a diving journey into the depths of the ocean. It is something I love to do both in real life and in spiritual meditation. My intention is about exploring aspects of honoring my inner body wisdom. My initial insight is showing me to listen to the music of my body. My body resonates as a sound within the form of a bell. She is whispering through a sea shell about my next steps.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It’s very energizing to feel connected to artists around the world. Thanks to everyone for creating an amazing experience together!
