What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Im in a critical transition and next to surrender to someone else’s workshop.
How would you describe your creative process?
I squeezed it into a two hours and felt the intensity of it as a result.
1) Traced my legs on the cardboard 24 X 36 … then lay on it and traced rest of body. Like I was folded up in the box. 2) My intention was about purity and being unleashed form self doubt. So I started to cut out the pieces. I decided to short form the collage by using the vision board I had made before that was sort of falling apart. 3) Soon after cutting everything with a Knife I had a whole pile of fragments. It looked like a earth quake had happened and body parts were sticking out of rumble. At least I was out of the box! 4) Part of me was wishing I had painted my grandmothers table instead of this medium. I felt so shabby compared to all the glitz, color and polish online. wanted to dump the whole thing into the garbage. 5) began to glue them together and then realized that I could take a picture and then work online digital.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My story. “She was poised for action, the arrow has been held back of the years till there was not more give on the taunt sinew. daring had brought hew here. over the waves and mountain of utmost highest and the deepest repair, her, now she was settled in the intensity of release.”
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
My artwork told me that things are going to unfold quickly from here on and that I was to expect the unexpected! this time in a good way and that my art missed me and wanted me to set aside some time for it on a consistent basis, if only the digital work.
