What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I have been feeling a soul yearning to open up to my creativity, become more expressive, and embody my soul in all that I do, and this journey really called to me because of the freedom to explore deep within, in a fun creative way.
How would you describe your creative process?
Very intuitive, I allowed the picture to come from within and evolve as I felt guided without any preconceived ideas about how the final image should be.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The most profound insight was about self love, giving myself permission to have ‘me’ time, without feeling obligated to do something else or distracting myself, releasing control and expectations of outcomes, as the painting evolved. Stretching out of my comfort zone by trying something completely new, without any technical know how, and allowing myself to be seen (something I am still working on). Reconnecting to my soul, my creativity, my expression and having fun in the process. My soul art communicates to me that I am to confidently step forward with my full range of gifts, and shine the light for others, instead of hiding out waiting for everything to be perfect.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The soul art experience has allowed me to reconnect to myself, to go within and listen to my soul, to receive insights, guidance, and healing through my soul art, to move forward and embody more of my soul in all that I do. I feel more confident and liberated, inspired to create more, to write more, to have more fun with art, and more open to sharing my healing gifts with the world.
