What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I saw Flora Bowley was involved and I loved her course.
How would you describe your creative process?
For this painting I lit candles and incense and went through the workbook, I focused on my intention which was to cut the energetic ties I still have with my ex-husband. I chose a card from the lovely Osho zen tarot deck which gave me the insight I needed. I painted a representation of the insight around an outline of my hand to ground it in my actions.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The importance of freedom, both in life and art.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
That you can make a beautiful painting very quickly! And it doesn’t have to be beautiful, it’s purpose is just to be 🙂
