What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
It’s a treat I look forward to all year. I don’t always find the time to be creative in this way and knowing that I have this day set aside to connect with that part of me feel so self- honouring.
How would you describe your creative process?
Flowing, and fun
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That I am ready to expand my healing practices. That my hands are healing hands.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I didn’t know why I choose my hands/arms and yet when I started to create it came to me that there was lots of beautiful rooting, red energy escaping from them which connects to my healing. It is something I’ve been flirting with, playing around, knowing it was almost time, and the art just helped confirm that I was on the right path and that the time is now.
