What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I did the Soul Art day last year and was surprised and delighted by the process and the results.
How would you describe your creative process?
It was very much an intuitive dialogue, I would decide on one thing – format, body part, color, collage element – and it would inform the next piece to be placed like a puzzle being assembled. It would feel right or not, and then the question would arise, why not? Lots of “hmm, interesting” moments.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
It’s not about “does this look right to you?”, it’s a kind of call and response to see what comes up in the moment.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Just get started, it is a journey and the end is not in sight. You have to walk your own path to see what there is to see.
