Elisabeth's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I am participating because I want to start up again with my Soul Art Bodymapping certification course.

How would you describe your creative process?

It was very freeing and refreshing. I loved doing the creativity door with finding images for the first five topics that came to my mind. The stream of consciousness writing created a beautiful inspiration for my soul art piece. The images, words and soul art piece that came out were so symbolic for where I am right now in my life’s process 🙂

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I need to immerse myself in my art. This was represented by the ocean. And the tracing of my head and hair represented the sun. It told me to dive into the ocean and stay there for a while, immerse myself in it, long enough to become it, find my treasures, and to only come up for air. In order for me to become who I want to become this is what I need to do.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

The process is completely unpredictable, but somehow all the pieces of the puzzle come together magically. As if very little part of the process carries a kernel of wisdom and truth.
