Susan Lang's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

Soul Art is a fundamental form of expression, self care and spiritual connection for me. With a clear intention I can typically access the next step to whatever I need- insight, breakthrough, soothing, courage.

How would you describe your creative process?

How do you describe breathing? Creativity is that fundamental to my well-being. I have created since I was a child – the creative realm was my first language – and more and more it is becoming so again, whether through art-making of many kinds, writing, business-building or supporting others to live bigger lives.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My intention was to reconnect with a well of vitality that I had lost touch with due to being in a particularly busy life chapter. Through the process I could feel myself returning to centre.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I love this work. I’ve seen it change lives (mine included). Other kinds of intuitive process-art have restorative potential but I particularly value Soul Art. It not only catalyzes deep insight for the traveller though unique and powerful doorways such as body mapping, chakra work, guide discovery and more but the work requires action and accountability as a final step. This is an essential, and often missed component in other processes. We only truly honour our insights when we fully birth them into tangible reality. By changing our lives, we change the world.
