What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I work continuously at this – my creative work is my spiritual practice.
How would you describe your creative process?
Often I am inspired by some experience or insight and images seem to come with them. The process of capturing/receiving them is contemplative for me, and often surprising.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
We all have many sides, many parts of ourselves. The image that arose here is related to befriending, welcoming and at times subduing the dragon within, and the other little critters that may be dreaded but, on second look, turn out to be healing.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It is important to be open to what is surprising.
