What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I’ve experienced great personal growth this year and realize there is so much more to learn and farther to go!
How would you describe your creative process?
I set my intention, got out my materials, and didn’t let myself think too much about why I was doing what I was doing. I know that sometimes I create a mess that leaves me feeling churned up and uncomfortable inside, and sometimes something wonderful happens- but either way, I’m creating and releasing something that needs to be brought forth.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My intention had to do with manifesting better health for myself; at first I didn’t understand what my art was telling me. But then I turned it 90˚ so it looked as if the head was pointing downward…. Instantly the image reminded me of a baby being born!
The message I learned was that I need to baby myself more… nourish myself with healthy food (easy-to-digest essentials, no sweets, small portions, nothing too heavy, etc.) and commit to getting several solid nights’ sleep. These are “obvious” solutions, but ones which I’d been ignoring! It’s time to get back to basics.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
If this experience is new for you, don’t worry about finding the message in your art; create intuitively, and it will come!
