What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I received an invitation email from Charu of Embody Tantra.
How would you describe your creative process?
Fun, relaxing and therapeutic! I really enjoyed selecting, cutting and assembling the images in my collage.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
It felt wonderful to connect with myself and express my desires through a new form of artistic expression. I loved ‘getting out of my head’ and lost in the moment!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I think it teaches a valuable lesson that everyone is an artist in various ways and we should all re-kindle our innocent, childhood attitude towards art!
