Christina Szegedi's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I am in a process of finding answers to my next steps as a creative enterpreneur, finding my true calling and purposefull business. It’s time to fully self-express, be creative and live my truth. I love Laura Holicks work that combines Art and Inner work. My desire is to inspire others to have transformational and healing experiences through art

How would you describe your creative process?

I first bodymapped my midle part of the body, focusing on the solarplexus and heart area. I worked in different layers. first I did collage, with pictures from magazines, that inspred me. , then I connected the pieces with acrylic paint, and the last layer was with chalk. I turned the original body upside down and then a new being evolved. I almost see an angel What came out was a garden of dreams. The person almost transcendet into a field of inner gifts and beauty. At one point I had to stop because my children needed me and I thought I would continue working on it later. But now I find it’s complete that way. I call it my Dream Angel

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

The Dream Angel is showing me that now it is my time to focus an my inner gifts, talents, dreams and desires and through that the outer world will transform into a luscious, abundant, wealthy garden. It’s time to express my truth, shine, be visible and share it with the world.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I love Soul Art. I would love to go deeper into Soul Art and share it with people. Everybody can do soulart, no matter what age, what experince with art. In fact I started the process even with my 3 1/2 year old daughter. We were both in our living room on the floor, she had her little project and I had my big one. It was a wonderful experience to share this process with a child. I will definately be doing more soulart in the future
