What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I loved the idea of doing art and figuring out some of the gunk in my head! 🙂
How would you describe your creative process?
I used colored pencils and watercolor paper because it’s what I had. I tried to go with the flow with this even though normally I’m very “templates are my friend!” I tried to just draw things as they popped in my head and tried to decided what it meant afterwards.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I discovered I need to stop and realize I really do have enough time in the day for the most important things in my life.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I would highly recommend doing the worksheet along with doing the art piece because as fun as the art piece was, actually going through the process really helped me see the deeper meaning instead of just what I “thought” the artwork represented on the surface. SO MUCH FUN!
