What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Laura’s work has always inspired me, and I took part last year too. This last year has been a big journey of self discover, facing my fears and taking lots positive steps to creating my dream life, and taking a soul art journey fit perfectly into that.
How would you describe your creative process?
I was very open to whatever happened. I thought about my intentions, I had a green juice, I meditated and I enjoyed the creative process that unfolded. I listened to inspiring music whilst I created.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My soul art helped me to clarify some of my dreams, it focused heavily on my dream to travel to India to train to be yoga teacher, whilst incorporating my passions for natural health and creativity. I now know that this is what i’m meant to do, and I will find a way to follow my dream.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I found it so helpful to create a sacred space and time to focus on this journey. It was a very special experience, one that I learnt from and was very inspired by.
