What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I love to learn about myself through decoding symbols that are around me…I was searching for my next steps
How would you describe your creative process?
I had fun cutting out the pictures that really stood out to me and this part flowed nicely…when it was time to bring all the pieces together my process was do and undo and redo and was lacking flow…I took a break and began to paint which brought me back to the flowing creative process
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I need to transform my health to transform my life and rethinking my environment to support my health will allow me to open up my heart and let others in.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
My art spoke to me throughout the entire session.
