Gina Silvestri's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

To tap into my healing power for my ailing cat.

How would you describe your creative process?

I used pencil crayons, water colours and olive oil (I’m a raw food chef and lifestyle mentor), then let Spirit speak through me.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

That returning to nature is what taps me into healing power for my cat. I spend time in nature daily, so even just painting this tree, particularly its centre, which started out as my belly via Body Mapping, took me there. Deep. So deep into the feeling I get when I am actually in nature that another message arrived: I need to connect my cat Pepe to nature too! Take him outside more, let him climb trees, crunch his paws on forest leaves, so he can receive the messages waiting for his soul, too.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Relief has arrived. I feel open, less anxious, more trusting, and have a deep knowing that Pepe will be okay. I don’t feel alone anymore, either, because I’ve been reminded of the powerful healing team I always have access to: Mother Earth, Pepe himself, and intution-guided me. This means he will have exactly what he needs now, in every given moment.

Nature truly has all the answers. Open to the colours of the earth, and you shall receive her gifts.
