I’ve been dealing with a painful breakup from my other half, a lot of heartbreaking emotions has been moving around in my body, and not in a very harmonious way.
This event showed up in my feed and the second I saw it I just knew that it somehow would help me in my process. Painting and creating is something I usually do from a state of calmness and now I felt very unbalanced and lonely.
Being presented with the opportunity to create art together with beautiful souls all over this magical world of ours was the sweetest gift from the Universe, since I knew this global energy would bless me with strength and courage. I’m so grateful for you Laura, for holding this sacred space for us.. bless you.

How would you describe your creative process?

As I was entering our sacred space, I opened up my heart to ALL that I was feeling. At first it was damn overwhelming, but as I started to surrender to the pain I started to understand how to channel it, how to express it and then finally how to let it go.
It was soo liberating to just flow with the energies and as I did I realised what a gift it is; being able to feel so deeply.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I discovered a deeper path in my creative process which allowed me to shine light on the darkest parts, acknowledging all of it and treating them with compassion.
I was also once reminded that I am never ever alone, that I am always supported and guided.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

We shall welcome all of our feelings, knowing that they can not hurt us. Feelings can cause trauma in the body if we do resist them, but they can not fuck with who we truly are – loving awareness.

We are loved. We are safe. Safe to feel it all. We must give ourselves permission to feel it deeply, and whenever an emotion bottles up inside we must remember to release it through creation.
To express ourselves from our hearts creating art is the point of the human experience baby – we are just walking each other home.
