I have followed Laura’s work for some years now and this is my third year of participating in SOULART day!

How would you describe your creative process?

This year I really enjoyed incorporating a lot more collage into my painting. I use an Intentional and intuitive practice and even colours hold a symbolic reference for me.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

To not dwell on what what hasn’t happened (as planned for) but rather BLOOM into the here and now!!!

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

By allowing yourself to open up to your Muse, and get out of your own way (dont spend too much time analyzing and trying to be logical), you are able to receive beautiful guidance and potent messages through the Stream of Consciousness story and other prompts that Laura gifts us with, and the results can be quite surprising at times!
