I knew w from last years Soul Art Day that the energi on this day can bring out such wonderful artwork so I carved out this day to see what would come out this year.

How would you describe your creative process?

This time I started in nature, getting in touch with my soul and feeling what wanted to come out and be birthed this year on this day. I took some photos and created the space for the process to unfold. As I start the painting process I listen to music really loud and then the colors and the shapes start taking form. I just follow my intuition and work with what I’m feeling and my intention for this journey.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

That right now in my life I need balance and faith. It’s time to speak up and be true to myself.
Nature and Mother Earth as my muse. Painting to help me guide the way and Photography as a healing act to make me see the truth.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

If we can tap into our soul space and let go of the outcome and stop being all in our heads, let our mind rest and our heart speak we’ll get the guidance and answers we seek.
