I’ve been craving a soulful art experience like Soul Art day. I’ve participated before and knew it was just what I needed.

How would you describe your creative process?

Usually I decide what medium I will use and then go with the flow. I play with colors, textures and paint what I feel it tells me to paint. As I do that, the painting comes to life and I usually get messages if guidance.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My insight was: Even though I may be kind of sad and pudgy, I’m still a Goddess. Why would I take that away from myself? I am a goddess!!!!?

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Allow yourself to tune in and trust the guidance and playfulness. Open up to it and you’ll receive exactly what you need.
