How would you describe your creative process?

Challenging. Uplifting, exciting and clarifying at first. Then so much judgment moved in and made it difficult to continue.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My feet are my wings. Let go. In need of direction and commitment to my success. Also need to refine and re-associate how I define commitment.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Painting (well, any art) can be cathartic and to participate, even virtually, with a group in intention of art is an incredible way to anchor the experience.
