I have participated in Soul Art Day before and knew that it would provide a space for inspiration, inner work, creativity, community, and art.

How would you describe your creative process?

Today’s creative process *flowed* (it is not always this way for me…) I had limited time to work on the Soul Art, so I found that I kept moving (vs over thinking, used only my favorite images for the final piece and added a quick splash of color for the background. I love how it turned out. I love that “speed” can work to your advantage – bypassing the critical mind and right into the inspiration.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My Soul Art Insight is that I have the “keys” and I am ready to create the changes that I have both seen and have been working towards. There was also a confirmation of being at a place in my life of “knowing myself” and that I can trust my own knowing in making my choices and changes.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Today was a beautiful reminder of the importance of art, creation, and community. Thank you Laura (and Soul Art Team) for putting together a day of connection, tribe building, and inspiration. I love this community. And I love collaging and making art. Let’s each keep creating, dreaming and inspiring ourselves and others. xo
