Rhiannon-Jane, Musical Theatre Teacher from Australia

Rhiannon-Jane bio photoWhat Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I wanted to move past my perfectionism and to connect with my inner self.

How would you describe your creative process?

Simple. I breathed, I relaxed. Walked to my art cupboard and took all the things that called to me.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

That art isn’t perfect and it is okay to have fun and channel my inner child.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Feeling happy and blissful was a big part of this for me, I did this at the end of the day after work and nothing chilled me out more then getting out my art supplies and just letting what happened, happen. I learned to just let it be instead of thinking about it so much. It was an enlightening experience that I am grateful for and happy to have completed.
