Sylvie Stevenson bio photoWhat Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

This past year I have been on a journey of discovery. I left my job of 8 years, signed up for a health coaching class and I have been on a mission to find myself. But even though I have not been “at work” this past year I have kept myself busy with life and I have made some improvements with my self care but I felt it was time to go deeper. How would you describe your creative process?

I love the way we had step by step instructions and how it all came together. It was a soul awakening, like my mind had forgotten how much we need to create but my soul already knew that it was exactly what I needed.

The insight I received from my Soul Art was to sit in my quietness and listen. To journal. Be awakened. Create.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

The one thing I find most important that I would like to share about my Soul Art experience is that I realize how important it is to listen to my inner voice. It will never lie to me, never steer me wrong. I have no idea where my journey is taking me but that is ok. I was so busy trying it “figure out” where I was supposed to go and what I am supposed to be doing that I forgot to trust and love the process. I need to let go. That was my biggest lesson.
