Lori bio photoWhat Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I wanted to make some time for myself that felt personal, creative and a little indulgent.

How would you describe your creative process?

This creation on Soul Art Day was smooth sailing with no inner critic or judgment. I took pleasure in all the colors and having the questions to guide me.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I was guided to go for more walks, short ones when that is all I have time for, and long rambles like I used to do in my 20’s. There is no agenda for my walking (like fitness) but rather the walking is to connect me to myself and sense of place on earth. My walks fill me up as I take in the beauty all around me.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

It was fun to take the “day off” and give this play time to myself in a way I haven’t done for a while.
