After having healed myself from chronicle pain through my art I have developed a Healing Art program with the techniques that I have dis-covered in my own healing process. A very synchronistic situation as yours, Laura! I felt drawn to tune into this amazing group energy of Soul Art around the world and to explore the technique of body-mapping. My intention for the session was to learn more about my life purpose and how to live it.

How would you describe your creative process?

It was fun! Creating the art and tuning into the messages was all flowing like a rainbow colored stream of life energy. What I liked, is that I was able to totally let go of any ideas about the ‘result’ of the art process and I totally got into enjoying the creation flow washing through me. It was playful and inspiring.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I already AM living my life purpose. Last year I moved from The Netherlands to Hawaii; following my dream, together with my soulmate. I was wondering if there was a focus in particular I should set my intention on, but basically the message was; FLOW and ENJOY!!! For that what makes me happy, IS my life purpose. So I will keep following my heart and I will pay attention to those things that make my heart sing the most! Also a strong insight about saying YES to life!! I realized again how colorful I am… and how I love sharing my colors with the world. And YES it is time to flower now!!

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I loved the body mapping. The connection between the body and looking for insights from my higher self felt very empowering and grounding. My emigration to Hawaii was a big step for me and by mapping parts of my body, like my feet, I got to see how strong my roots in my new life are growing… Roots that were pulled out by leaving my Mother Land and now I grounded in my New Life… and it’s time to flower in those amazing rainbow colors that showed up in my Soul Art today!
