How would you describe your creative process?

Journals! I take notes of what I call my “Shower Thoughts” because that is generally where I get a lot of my insights. I spend a lot of time dissecting these thoughts and rearranging them until I have created a map for myself. And, just recently I have started creating art from these maps which has added a whole new dimension to my creative journey.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

From this journey I have come to realize that I shouldn’t keep my plans separate from my art. That I need my art and journaling to become one. I need to take my creative process more seriously. I realize that art is the language I understand the most and in merging my life completely into my art will then make me whole.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

It is important to understand your own language and then use it. Every piece of who you are is important and when you learn how to merge them all together that’s when the magic happens.
