What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
*WHO – My friend Jen Rinehart 😀
How would you describe your creative process?
I am higly clairvoyant, so most of my Soul art comes in a stream of visuals – beings, symbols, shapes, colours that I piece together into draf/ sketch, and then work on each element more to bring textures, layers and details. Painting often gets complemented with words /reflection. that i write down as I work my way through creation.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My Soul Art intention was to gain insight on ,,How does the embodiment of MULTIDIMENSIONALITY with optimized levels of flow, flexibility and fulfillment looks /feels like?” The insight: Optimal embodiment of multidimensionality does not require the tension of constant adjusting the fabric of space-time, draping and folding it neatly around our carefully planned out yet somewhat tunnelled vision. To truly experience life with all it’s vivacious, quirky and savory richness, sometimes we just need to pause, wrap ourselves in bit messy yet oh-so cosy space-time…BURRITO;) and simply observe the perfectly imperfect world around.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Usually I step into the role of host in Soul Art circles/sessions, but recently I felt strong call to become a participant for a change and it was great! It allowed me to step out from the teacher/guide mode and to just focus on my own experience and creation, I gained new persepctive on few things!
