What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I’ve been feeling like something inside needs full expression…. and I’ve been longing for something that I can’t find the words for, and feelings that I can’t seem to accurately label…. so I thought that a Soul Art Journey would help me figure all this out.
How would you describe your creative process?
helpful, fun, and calming.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Laura Hollick said: Acceptance-rather than Forgiveness…. and that resonated with me, and my Soul Art Piece reflects that….. if I can’t forgive myself (and others)…. then maybe I can accept what’s been done…. and “move on”.
*also…. if I release the negatives that I CAN let go of, and if I can ACCEPT that I don’t need those “things” anymore…. I can make room for the positives I’m craving.
* AND, I don’t need to hold myself back anymore.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I don’t have “words” I just have… a feeling… and even that isn’t describable. but I must put some sort of label or title ….. I will sum it up in one word: Unlimited. (or Limitless).
