What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I was inspired by a need to go on a journey with myself, where I could recognize and express myself without judgement and painting freely on a big scale! 🙂

How would you describe your creative process?

I gave myself permission to go with the energy of the moment. I let it flow. I wrote my intention all over the papper. Then I began at the center of the body in violet and then everything came out! The process was intuitive, non rational, raw in the sense that was immediate, pure expression and desire to express myself in a strongly, intensive and explosive manner.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I am swimming across my unconscious mind, inside myself, finding my path, a new vision of me. I am blossoming. I am a powerfull flower at the center of the universe, watering my garden. I am finding myself, emerging in a flowered field.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

For me was really about learning to listen, not thinking, not judging, to go deep and true to myself, awsering all the questions and painting flowing with what the moment asked. Learning to honour my body and it’s wisdom is vital. The unconscious speaks trough the body. One of the messages was: At your center is where you can listen to your soul. It was really enriching and nurturing experience. Thank you 🙂
