What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I wanted to rekindle my relationship with my inner artist. And last year I participated with a collage, and that started me off to a year-long retrospection of my life and what I really wanted and who I truly was.
How would you describe your creative process?
Off the top of head. I get stuck in constraints of following rules and procedures. But this year, I just let myself play like a child.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That I am yearing for more time for me…that I need to heal and improve my relationship with my inner child so that I can be whole.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
To get out of my own way and just go with the flow. Whatever I create is an unique expression from my Soul artist.
