What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
The idea of spending a day with art as the focus was very inspiring to me. Letting go and not feeling guilty about using this day for me.
How would you describe your creative process?
The creative process for me has many rituals. Lighting a candle, turning on instrumental music then tuning out distractions and going to my little creative world.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
good things can come when I relax and focus on the here and now.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Use the gifts you were given to do whatever it is you enjoy. Focus on what you are doing today and do not get distracted by tomorrow.
