What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I guided a Soul Art Journey and I was inspired to do one myself

How would you describe your creative process?

I have been working on grounding myself and committing to start painting again, so including my arms and hands was the first idea I got and then using earthy colors. The light at the center just happened without planning it and I related it with my heart, the center of love where all my inspiration comes from. Then I was guided to paint the roots coming out from my hands.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I just have to follow my heart’s guidance and let it flow without interfering in the process. Just flow and trust.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

A Soul Art journey is such a powerful process. Every time I go on this journey I receive life transforming insights
