What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I am in a year long Art Medicine Circle, Weekly Community, Studio, Time Acacian course, and this just felt like it was right up my alley.

How would you describe your creative process?

I truly just went with the flow. Follow the prompt of drawing a body part and put my hands on top of it and trace them. I was sitting in front of a window where beautiful tree shadows were coming in, so I trace them as well. The last thing that came on for some of the fallen golden leaves that were outside the window. It was a process of complete and uter delight.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

Everything is just a reflection upon a reflection upon a reflection. My hands hold healing light, and my body is rainbow light.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Take time for yourself, take time for your art, enjoy the process of living each and every moment fully. Go with the flow.
