What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Color, light, and energy have helped me break cycles of trauma in my life, and I’d like to share what I’ve learned.
How would you describe your creative process?
I design visual meditations by drawing inspiration from many sources–including nature, books, websites, and people.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Every person and everything in the world is energetically connected.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Getting to know my creative side has freed me to be more of my authentic self, and I encourage anyone and everyone to create– even a small stick figure drawing helps open the creative pathways!
