What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I have actively joined Soul Art Journeys by Laura Hollick since April 2018. Did my first online Soul Art Day in June 2019. Joined Soul Art School in February 2021. And this year was excited to join Soul Art Day 2022, as I know firsthand how healing, transformative & powerful these journeys are.

How would you describe your creative process?

First, it felt hard and heavy to sit with the reality of my feelings and what my body was trying to communicate. My Soul Art felt ugly and heavy. But as I devoted my time to sit with my Soul Art and the body parts I body-mapped, I started sourcing light, lightness, joy, rapture, and completion. Rooting healing and joy into the rays of my radiance!

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

After completion, I could see clearly what my Soul Art & body mapping process conveyed. .
*I allow my thoughts to be free. The past is over.
*I am at peace embracing Life’s sweetest fruit.
*I create firm foundations for myself and for my life.
*I choose my beliefs to support me joyously.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Don’t deny yourself the process of sitting with your body wisdom, heart & Soul. The proof is in the pudding! You won’t know your unique Soul Art experience & transformation until you gift yourself the experience of it by just doing the thing.
