What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
The timing was perfect.. I’d been on a hiatus from making art and just couldn’t find a portal back into my creative groove…I knew I was going to have the day all to myself, so I indulged!
How would you describe your creative process?
I work intuitively most of the time just drawing from thoughts and feelings inside myself. Other times I may be inspired by a person and want to draw or paint them because of things I see in them. But c
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
It was brilliantly simple, but I learned that I can make art (and probably music too) without “trying” so hard. That I am enough to make my art and my music just as I am in this very moment. What a great relief and feeling of hope when I realized this.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I was a bit taken aback at how potent the process was. I felt enlightened and had my faith renewed in myself that I can make engaging and beautiful art if I let go of trying so hard and just let it happen.
