What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

How would you describe your creative process?

spontaneous. Don’t know how to get there, just keep trying.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I need to do more art. I didn’t see a lot of personal feeling in my work, I had a lot of intellectual stuff going on in it, though it is my analytical mind on my body, through my experiencing with Qi Gong and Chinese medicine.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I feel like I am making headway into opening the door for more art in my life. For this, I think it was most valuable.
