What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I saw it on facebook and was intrigued. After going to the website and exploring the Soul Art Day it felt just like what I needed at this stage of my life and creative journey.
How would you describe your creative process?
I like to be in the moment when I am creative – switching off the thoughts, observing what is happening on the canvas (or whatever other medium I am using). I usually don’t have a concept of what I am painting/creating but just go with the flow in a playful inquisitive way. I find that this approach works best for me and leaves me feeling enlivened after a creative session.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That whatever I think I am lacking is already inside of me waiting to come forth in the creative process.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I really enjoyed writing the 2 minute story. I am usually not into writing of any kind, but I got so much out of the process and will try it again.
