What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I LOVE doing Soul Art! Plus I”m going through a major Integration right now so I knew it would provide me a time to go within, connect deeply to my Source, and know what my Spirit wanted me to be aware of at this time.
How would you describe your creative process?
Once I set my intention I move very quickly into my creative process, I go into a meditative/trance like state and just let my actions take on a natural movement and flow of their own. It is such a joy to be in that.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The insight I received filled several pages of my notebook but the Essence of it was…We live in a physical world but there is so much more to us beyond that. Spirit comes into form and expresses in any way directed. Life is a Magical and Beautiful experience even when I would label it something different. Trust in the Process of Life.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
As always I am wonderfully amazed at the entire Soul Art process, it’s simple but deeply profound in the way that Spirit emerges onto the paper and the messages and action steps that unfold.
