What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I heard about it via Lisa Sonora Beam. I was already familiar with Soul Art Studio and Laura Hollick, and decided I’d give the journey a try. I’m always interested in new ways to approach creativity.

How would you describe your creative process?

Intuitive mostly. I work in acrylics and mixed media. I use my hands a lot and make a lot of mess! I love to paint by feel.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

There were several, but the overall message was to take some time every day to be still and quiet and listen within, something I have been skirting round the edges of but not committing to for quite a while now.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

I found the process absorbing and fascinating, particularly the means of getting in touch with your intuition and bypassing logical thought in the worksheets, which mean the inner critic hardly got a look in. I am really interested in using this process again as a way of having a conversation with myself and learning more about who I am and what I need to be most effective in my life.
